Privacy Policy
FluidBlocks ("the Plugin") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.
Data Collection (Plugin)
The free plugin does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All settings and responsive styles are stored locally in your WordPress database.
Pro License Verification
The Pro addon communicates with our licensing server only when you manually activate or deactivate a key, and when WordPress checks for plugin updates. The Pro features themselves run entirely offline — no remote check is required for them to work. Each request includes your site URL and license key only; no other data is transmitted.
Email Waitlist
If you submit your email address through the early-access form on this website, we collect and process the following:
- Data: the email address you provide, the time of signup and which page of this site the form was on. Nothing else — no name, no IP address, no tracking identifiers.
- Purpose: to send you one email when FluidBlocks Pro launches, including any early-access offer that applies to you. We do not send newsletters or other marketing.
- Legal basis (GDPR): your explicit consent, given by checking the consent box and submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us (see Contact). There is no double opt-in: we do not send a confirmation email, the address is added as entered.
- Storage & processors: the address is stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet in our Google account; Google LLC processes it on our behalf under its standard data processing terms. The form submission is relayed by our website host, Vercel Inc., which does not keep a copy. No email marketing service is involved.
- Retention: your email is kept until either (a) you ask us to delete it, or (b) three (3) months after the launch email has been sent, whichever comes first. Deletion requests sent to the support address below are honoured within 30 days.
- Sharing: we do not sell, rent, or share your email with any third party for marketing purposes.
Your GDPR rights apply: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below.
Cookies & Tracking
This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. No third-party tracking pixels are loaded. We do not need a cookie consent banner because no non-essential cookies or trackers are placed on your device. Web fonts are served from this website's own host — no request is made to Google Fonts or any other font service when you visit.
Third-Party Services (Future)
Once the Pro addon launches, payments will be processed by Freemius, acting as Merchant of Record, which has its own privacy policy. We will not store your payment card information. This policy will be updated before any transaction takes place.
